What do you do when you need to do something to look after yourself? And how do you even recognise when you need to?
After the second, consecutive weekend of being poorly (a tummy bug, then a cold) I’ve had to admit that maybe I’m a bit stressed and run down. My meditation practice has slipped. I’ve not been getting enough exercise. Things have been getting on top of me.
Time to go back to basics. Back to something that I know is proven to help me feel better:
connecting with nature
And an invitation to you:
Would you like to find out how connecting with nature benefits you?
Would you like to join me in a 28 day experiment, starting on the new moon on 20th September 2017?
I promise it will be easy. And fun.
All you have to do is notice one thing in nature every day. Just one thing that makes you smile.
And, if you want to share in the experiment with other lovely people, join me over on Facebook where we’ll be sharing photos and notes about the things we’ve noticed, and how we feel as a result. (You can share as much or as little as you like.)
Free Prize Draw!
Everyone who takes part in the Facebook group will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three at-home nature retreats!
